How can I get a pet portal?

It’s simple! Just verify that your account with us is active and that we have your current email address on file. (Call 530-671-3014 or email office@daviesanimalhospital.com ) Every night new email addresses are uploaded from our client data base. In the morning, you should receive an email from us with a temporary password and a link to our hospital’s website. Follow that link to our website’s home page (or go directly to www.daviesanimalhospital.com ) Click on the Pet Portal login, enter your email address with the temporary password and you’re there! You will have the option to change your password once you’ve entered the Pet Portal. It is very user friendly and we hope you enjoy this service. As part of the Pet Portal service, you will also have the option of receiving your pet’s service reminders by email.

*Clients who already have a Pet Portal just log into their Pet Portal and choose the SHOP ONLINE tab that is displayed in the header on the home page.
